Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of handmade products, Kayla’s Corner does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the order is placed. Please ensure all product details, colours, and quantities are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a refund, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. You must include the following:

  • Your name and order number

  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once I review your request, I will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds will not be given for accidental purchases, change of mind, or damage caused after delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK only), please contact me. While I do not have control over postal delays, I will do my best to assist you in tracking your parcel or resolving the issue.

Final Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for any reason other than damage or incorrect items.

  • Refunds will only be approved if evidence is provided and the issue is reported within the time frame.

  • All products are carefully checked and packaged before being sent.
